Our story
Lester and Jennifer Smith started 3AM Investments in 2000. Their primary focus then was to acquire small businesses including but not limited to laundry mats, vending machines, and rental property. Throughout the years the focus shifted from multiple businesses to managing rental property and in 2015, 3AM Consulting Services was created to provide financial and Organizational/HR services to businesses. The goal was to focus on assisting other business owners in achieving their business and personal goals and in maximizing their potential.
